Thank you for supporting our craft at Ebony Wood Art LLC. We take great pride in creating each handcrafted ebony wood piece and delivering high-quality digital designs. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing & Crafting Time

Physical Handcrafted Items: Because our sacred and fine art pendants are carefully carved, hand-finished, and polished with natural oils and beeswax, orders typically require 2 to 4 business days for careful crafting and quality inspection prior to dispatch.
Digital Downloads (CNC STL Files): Digital products are available for instant download immediately upon successful payment confirmation. No physical package will be shipped for digital items.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship our handcrafted wooden art directly to our customers worldwide, with the United States as our primary market. All shipments are sent via reliable international express and postal couriers with end-to-end tracking (such as USPS, DHL, or dedicated expedited services).

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been packaged and handed over to the carrier, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will become active and updated within 24–48 hours of departure.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For US orders, handcrafted decorative and wearable items valued under $800 are generally exempt from import duties under the US de minimis threshold. For international shipments outside the US, Ebony Wood Art LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages & Delivery Issues

Every wooden pendant is securely packed in protective packaging to ensure it reaches you in pristine condition. If you receive your order damaged, or if your package is significantly delayed/lost in transit, please contact us immediately at support@ebonywoodart.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item/packaging. We will gladly arrange a prompt replacement or solution for you.
