Thank you for shopping with Ebony Wood Art. Every piece is carefully handcrafted by skilled artisans in our workshop in Vietnam.

This Shipping Policy explains our order processing times, shipping methods, delivery estimates, and other important shipping information.

*Total delivery time includes both production and shipping.

1. Order Processing

Standard Orders

Non-personalized items are typically processed within 2–3 business days after your order is confirmed.

Personalized & Custom Orders

Customized products (including engraved items and portrait carvings) require additional production time.

Production time: 3–5 business days

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide using YunExpress.

After your package arrives in the destination country, it is usually delivered by the local postal carrier, such as:

USPS (United States)
Royal Mail (United Kingdom)
or your country's local postal service.

Shipping Cost

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout.

We occasionally offer Free Standard Shipping during promotional events.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Shipping delays may occur due to customs clearance, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or peak holiday seasons.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information usually becomes available within 24–48 hours after shipment.

4. Digital Products

For all digital download products:

Shipping Cost: Free worldwide
Delivery Method: Instant digital download
Physical Shipping: No physical item or package will be shipped.
Download Access: A secure download link will appear on the order confirmation page immediately after payment. You will also receive the download link by email within a few minutes.
Download Limit: Unlimited downloads.

If you experience any issues accessing your files, simply contact us with your Order ID and we'll be happy to help.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, customs fees, or other taxes imposed by your country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Ebony Wood Art is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Every order is carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipment.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Photos or a short video showing the issue

We'll review the case and arrange an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.

7. Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost or your tracking has not updated for an unusually long time, please contact us.

We'll work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and help resolve the issue whenever possible.

8. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Ebony Wood Art is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. We can update the address only if your order has not yet been shipped.
