Thank you for visiting and shopping at Ebony Wood Art. Every piece is carefully handcrafted by our artisans in our workshop in Vietnam. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to order processing, shipping, and delivery.
Estimated total delivery time:
- United States: Approximately 10–18 business days (including processing and shipping)
- Other international destinations (including Europe/EU): Approximately 12–25 business days
1. Order Processing Time
Standard Orders (Non-Personalized): Orders are typically processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Custom or Personalized Orders: Because these items are handcrafted based on your specific requests, engravings, or portrait photos, additional production time is required. Custom orders typically take 3 to 5 business days to complete before shipment.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We partner with trusted international shipping carriers to deliver our handcrafted products worldwide.
- United States: Estimated delivery time is 8–15 business days.
- Europe / EU and Other Countries: Estimated delivery time is 10–20 business days.
- Shipping Cost: Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Free Shipping Promotions: We may offer free standard shipping during selected promotional periods.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or peak holiday seasons.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information typically becomes active within 24–48 hours after shipment, allowing you to monitor your package during transit.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Import duties, taxes, VAT, customs fees, or other charges imposed by your country are the responsibility of the customer.
Ebony Wood Art is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
5. Damages & Delivery Issues
Risk of loss passes to you upon confirmed delivery by the shipping carrier. However, we take great pride in our craftsmanship and carefully package every order to minimize transit damage.
If your package arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@ebonywoodart.com.
Please include clear photos or a short video of the issue so we can assess the problem and arrange an appropriate solution.
6. Lost Packages
If your tracking shows unusual delays or your package appears lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and help provide an appropriate resolution whenever possible.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Ebony Wood Art is not responsible for orders lost, delayed, or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
