1. A Week of Digital Sculpting

Every design begins with an original sculpture created in professional 3D software such as ZBrush. For more than a week, every contour, texture, shadow, and microscopic detail is carefully refined by hand to achieve exceptional depth and realism before carving even begins.

2. Mastering One of Nature's Hardest Woods

We work exclusively with premium aged Ebony, one of the world's rarest and densest hardwoods. Its remarkable hardness and stability make it exceptionally challenging to carve, demanding extreme precision throughout the CNC process.

This extraordinary material pushes both our equipment and our skills to their limits. Every successful carving is earned through careful calibration, countless hours of testing, and uncompromising attention to detail.

3. Where Technology Meets the Human Hand

A CNC machine creates the foundation—but it can never complete the artwork.

After carving, every pendant is individually hand-refined using precision micro-chisels and specialized carving tools. Fine edges, facial expressions, textures, and delicate relief details are patiently redefined by hand, ensuring that no machine alone could achieve the final result.

Technology provides accuracy. The artisan gives the piece its soul.

4. Finished to Last for Generations

Each pendant undergoes multiple stages of meticulous hand sanding until the surface becomes exceptionally smooth to the touch.

It is then conditioned and polished using only pure beeswax and premium mineral oil, allowing the natural beauty of Ebony to emerge with its deep, rich black tone and subtle grain—without artificial coatings or harsh chemicals.
