Are your pendants handmade?

Yes. Each piece begins as a detailed digital bas-relief, is precision-carved with CNC technology, and is then meticulously hand-finished, multi-pass sanded, and hand-polished in our artisan workshop.

Why do you use reclaimed ebony wood?

We believe naturally aged ebony possesses exceptional soul, density, and character. By thoughtfully reclaiming vintage wood, we give these precious, timeless materials a second life while honoring their history.

Will my pendant look exactly like the photos?

Because ebony is an authentic, natural hardwood, no two pendants are ever identical. Grain flows, subtle color nuances, and natural textures will vary slightly, making your pendant truly one-of-a-kind.

What finish do you use?

We do not use harsh chemical lacquers. Each pendant is naturally sealed and protected with pure, refined mineral oil and natural beeswax to highlight the organic depth of the wood grain and ensure lasting comfort against your skin.

What necklace cord is included?

Each pendant comes with a soft, durable, and adjustable nylon cord, allowing you to easily adjust the length to fit your preferred style and comfort.

Where are your products made and shipped from?

Ebony Wood Art LLC is based in Sheridan, Wyoming, USA. Our original pieces are thoughtfully designed and handcrafted in our family-run artisan workshop in Vietnam, with every finished pendant inspected for quality before making its way to your doorstep.

Do you offer custom orders?

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically prepared within 2–4 business days. Delivery to the United States generally takes 8–14 business days via standard tracked air shipping. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for complete delivery details.
